Sums in invoice lists on the Media plan
A bottom line is added that shows the sum of all the lines in the list as standard.
If more than one line is marked the bottom line will show the sum of the marked lines.
This functionality is added to the 4 different invoice lists below.
Media plans/plan, tab: Invoices, tab: Client invoices
Media plans/plan, tab: Invoices, tab: Media invoices
Media plans/plan/Order, tab: Reconcilliation, list: Client invoices and Media invoices
